We would love to have you join us for a fun (and sweaty) cardio & plyo circuit style workout, inspired by Kayla Itsines’ BBG program. These meetups are designed for each & every fitness level whether you are a BBG vet, a BBG newbie, a runner, a yogi or just interested in overall health and fitness!
